8 adjustable levels for the back and 4 levels of adjustment on the seat. This bench comes with with a removable ankle lock for decline work, and an extra thick cushioning for additional comfort. The solid steel bolted on ladder allows this bench to have 1500 pounds weight capacity. The seat has 3 adjustments and the leg extension has a detent pin that has 4 positions to move up and down.

Heavy Duty and High Quality

I ordered this bench along with the Storm Series Rack and I get so many compliments on my garage gym setup. I’ve had people drive by and then pull back around just to ask about it! The red and black contrast well and the RejuvFit logos scream quality. I’ll never pay for a monthly gym again, I’ve got everything I need without the typical gym creepers 😂👌🏼
