This orientation is a way for you to get to know us at Rejuvenation Fitness and to see our new facility. We also want to get to know you and understand how we can help you reach your health and fitness goals.

You will have an opportunity to meet some of our Fitness Professionals and understand our philosophy on how exercise and healthy living can make a positive impact on your life.

This orientation will last approximately 15 minutes and includes a tour of our new facility and description of our fitness and health programs along with some exercise demonstrations. You may get an opportunity to observe a Boot Camp in progress. You will also receive two free weeks to try us out. We offer four different appointments per day Monday through Thursday and a group orientation every Saturday at 10:15 am. If one of these times does not fit your schedule please contact us and we can arrange a time that will.

Before you begin to train with Rejuvenation Fitness, we require you to attend an orientation.

You will receive your free two week trial after your orientation.
